Kazunori Asada ("I") establishes the privacy policy for the iPhone, iPad and Android apps "Chromatic Vision Simulator" and "Brighter and Bigger" (each, "the application") as follows.

I collect no personal information
Images obtained from the camera and from the photo album are used only for displaying on the screen and for saving to the photos on the device when the user saves them. The application does not send any information outside the device over a network or by any other means. Therefore, I do not obtain any personal information.

How the camera and photos are used
The camera is used only to show its video on the screen. Photos are used to write the image when the user saves it, and to read an image file the user chooses. Reading is limited to the image the user selects in the photo picker of the OS. A saved image is what is shown on the screen (in "Chromatic Vision Simulator", the color vision type letter and the strength may be drawn on it). The date and time of saving and the color space are recorded in the image. Location is not recorded.

Network, location, microphone and advertising
The application does not communicate over a network. It does not use location or the microphone. It contains no advertising, usage analytics or crash reporting.

Settings
The settings of the application are stored only in the application's area on the device. On iOS, the settings may be included when the user makes a backup of the device with iCloud or a computer. On Android, the settings are not included in backups.
